An office building in McKinney’s Craig Ranch development has sold to investors.
The McKinney Corporate Center I building is on Weiskopf Avenue north of State Highway 121.
Built in 2013, the building contains more than 120,000 square feet of space that’s leased to tenants including Cotiviti Healthcare.
The property was owned and sold by VanTrust Real Estate.
Now the building has traded to real estate investor Orangestar Property Advisors, which has offices in Plano and Ohio, county deed records show.
The acquisition was financed with a $19.2 million loan from Veritex Community Bank.
